Terms and Conditions
All courses must be paid for in full at time of booking . All cancellations must be in writing.Cancellation will incur a charge of 25% of registration fee between 15 – 30 days , 50% for cancellation between 7 – 14 days and 100% within 7 days of the course. Cheques to be made payable to Cycle CPD and sent to the above address.
Cycle CPD reserves the right to alter the programme or the speaker or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances .
All activities are undertaken at own risk delegates must make their own judgements on there own abilities however bike excursions are lead by mountain bike level 2 instructor and advice will be available.
Due to the nature of the courses delegates should ensure they have appropriate insurance in place .
All delegates participating in cycling must have suitable well maintained equipment and must wear a helmet .
Cycle CPD will not be responsible for travel,accommodation or other expenses incurred by delegates.
Equipment List
- Well maintained road or mountain cycle and helmet
- Suitable cycling apparel
- Spare inner tube
- Multitool
- Pump
- Change of clothes including shoes and towel (in case of inclement weather)
- Bike lock to secure whilst in lectures
- Water bottle or camelback
- It is advised to arrive for course in cycling gear to minimise transition time between lectures and cycling
