Cycle CPD set up in Summer 2007 providing high quality veterinary CPD combined with either road or mountain biking. We are running 1 or 2 day veterinary CPD courses for small numbers of delegates who are keen cyclists wanting to get out more and get more out of their CPD!
The R.C.V.S. requires veterinary surgeons to do a minimum of 105 hours of veterinary CPD over a period of 3 years. ‘Traditional’ veterinary CPD involves lots of time wasted between lectures and requires superhuman levels of concentration all day. Have you ever sat inside doing veterinary CPD on what should be your day or weekend off wishing you were outside on your bike enjoying the sunshine?
